Woomdeal LLC Terms & Conditions

Please take your time to review these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of products from Woomdeal LLC and its affiliates (“Woomdeal”, “woomdeal.com”, “we” or “us”) constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Placing a order

When purchasing an item, you are only purchasing the item described in the item description. Even if there are more items on the image, we are only selling the item described in the item description. Please be aware that some products may require assembly. Color of items may be slightly different from what pictured. Woomdeal reserves the right to change any Price, availability, item images, descriptions or information.

Special Note about Finishes, Leather and Stone

We cannot guarantee that the finish of the ordered wood, leather, or stone will be exactly as pictured. Imperfections or variations in the grain, color, or sheen of the wood may occur naturally. Stone finishes such as marble and granite may differ in color and veining. In addition, variations in the color, sheen and texture (wrinkling and natural marks) of leather may occur due to different dying and tanning processes and natural phenomena. As a result, these naturally occurring characteristics are not viewed as damages or defects. Please note that images of products displayed on our website may differ in color due to differences in the resolution of computer monitors and differences in lighting in the room you place the furniture in. We work with our partner furniture manufacturers to obtain the highest quality photographs of the products and thus depict the merchandise as accurately as possible. Please also note that furniture with a distressed finish may have marks and spots that are not considered damages and are done on purpose to create the distressed look.

Acceptance of order

Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email as a receipt of your order and payment. This does not constitute the acceptance of an order. Woomdeal reserves the right to limit quantity on items or to sell to any customer. We may require additional billing or shipping information for security reasons. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order fully or partially for any reason. Upon cancelation we will refund you the full amount you paid us.

Shipping Policy

Please allow at least 5 – 6 Business days before your order ships. If a item is on backorder, we will notify you by email with a estimated ship-out date. Please note: Estimated ship out date is only estimated it is not a commitment to ship it on that date. We reserve the right to keep your order on hold if one of the items is on backorder and not ship it until we have the entire order ready to ship. Additional shipping fees may be charged if you want your order to ship in 2 deliveries.

Most of our items are being shipped free nationwide except for Alaska and Hawaii (continental US). We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any destination even within US. Free shipping is for Curb side delivery only. In-home delivery or set up may be available for additional charges. Please check our site for these options.

We deliver Monday through Friday of every week except for Holidays. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to accept the delivery within regular business hours. After hours or weekend delivery fees is the customer’s responsibility. Please allow 2-3 weeks for deliveries of Sofas.

Damage Policy

We package all our goods well enough, that they should arrive safe and secure. In addition, the merchandise that is shipped to you is insured by the shipping company for damage that may occur in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items at time of delivery for missing or damaged items. By signing the delivery slip at time of delivery you are accepting the merchandise in good and satisfactory condition.

In the case your order arrives damaged –even slightly- please note on the delivery slip “Package Damaged”, before the driver is leaving. Never refuse a delivery even if there is damage! Please follow the process below in the event of damage, refusing a delivery will result in high costs by the shipping company.

You should contact us immediately by email with details on the damage and attach pictures of the damage. We cannot handle any damage claims without pictures of the damage. You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery.

We will send you replacement parts if available –most parts are replaceable- and send to you a professional furniture repair-person to replace the damage parts with the replacement part. If the part is not replaceable or repairable we will exchange it for you or refund you the money. We reserve the right to choose to refund, replace or repair damaged items.

Cancelation and Return Policy

Woomdeal will not accept any Cancelations or returns, all sales are final. It is your responsibility to make sure that the color is right and that the dimensions correspond. Please make sure before ordering an item that it will fit through your doorway. We will not be able to take the item back and the driver will leave it at the door. In a case that we will authorize a return the customer will be charged 33% restocking fee and all shipping fees for both ways.
